Kevin Tillmann

Kevin Tillmann is a Lead Associate on the Market Insights Team in Fannie Mae’s Economic and Strategic Research Group. In this role, he focuses on survey research involving consumer attitudes and behaviors via Fannie Mae’s monthly National Housing Survey. He also conducts quantitative and qualitative topical research involving natural disaster risk, housing mobility, and technology. Kevin joined Fannie Mae in 2020.

Prior to Fannie Mae, Kevin managed consumer research at AvalonBay Communities, a large multifamily real estate investment trust, which builds and operates apartment communities in most of the largest U.S. rental markets.

Kevin has a B.A. in sociology from The University of Virginia.
