John Collier is an Associate at Fannie Mae. In his role, John maintains more than 10 quarterly and biannually updated metropolitan outlook reports, specifically focusing on the multifamily rental market. He also contributes to the team’s weekly and monthly commentaries and conducts economic research in areas of potential interest to Fannie Mae’s Multifamily business and the company as a whole.
John joined Fannie Mae in 2022, when he interned with the SOX Business Process Team under Controllers, and he later moved to the Enterprise Finance Rotational program. His rotations began in financial reporting, where he assisted in the development of the 10-Q and 10-K. He then moved to financial supplement, followed by corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), where he worked on the Enterprise Team’s costing initiative.
Prior to working at Fannie Mae, John interned at the Federal Reserve Board with the Procurement Operations and Compliance teams. He has a B.S.B.A. in finance and accounting from The University of Richmond.
