Bradley Bolivar is Fannie Mae’s Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, reporting to the President. He is responsible for Fannie Mae’s end-to-end technology ecosystem, including cybersecurity and enterprise data – implementing digital solutions that enable the business and deliver value for its customers. Under Mr. Bolivar’s leadership, the Chief Information Office accelerates the enterprise’s technology transformation initiatives, enables comprehensive technology engagement with business partners, and defines the next horizon of technology priorities.
In this capacity, Mr. Bolivar is a member of the Management Committee, Fannie Mae’s leadership team. This reflects the vital importance of data and data security to enhance Fannie Mae’s risk position and business, as well as the company’s continued commitment to technology innovation and evolution.
Before his current role, Mr. Bolivar served as Senior Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Officer and was responsible for partnering with the company’s business and corporate functions, including Multifamily, Single-Family, Capital Markets, and Finance, to deliver technology and capabilities critical to the company’s business strategy.
Prior to joining Fannie Mae in 2020, Mr. Bolivar was Senior Vice President of Enterprise Engineering and Architecture at Warner Bros. Entertainment where he oversaw technology and strategy for company-wide initiatives.
Mr. Bolivar has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management.
