The Uniform Loan  Delivery Dataset (ULDD), part of the Uniform Mortgage Data Program (UMDP), is the common set of data elements required by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for single-family loan deliveries.

Prepare for ULDD Phase 5

Review the available resources to support implementation of Uniform Loan Delivery Dataset (ULDD) Phase 5 by July 28, 2025, including a new guide to support the Wire Instruction Reference ID (SID 398.3) which is now available for testing. As a reminder, the ULDD enhancements include alignment of ULDD property data points with Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) redesign specification (3.6) and updates to support business critical needs.
