Loan Level Detail

The Loan Level Detail report contains partial data relating to certain loans backing specified, currently outstanding Multifamily Fannie Mae MBS. This report provides some of the available information about the loans but is not a complete listing of all the Multifamily securities. For loans secured by more than one mortgaged property, this report will provide city, state and zip code information for only one of the mortgaged properties.

This report includes certain information that predates this report. For example, the unpaid principal balances of the loans reflect the approximate unpaid principal balances as of the activity date (ACT DT), which is the latest date that the loan balance information is presented. In adjustable-rate loans, the interest rate of the loan (LOAN INT RT) reflects the current rate accruing on the loan during the month in which the activity date occurs.

Although Fannie Mae believes that the information in this report is reliable, we cannot guarantee its accuracy.
