Monthly Collateral Summary

Each file below includes all Fannie Mae Mega pools that are closed in a specific month, as indicated by the file name. For the current settlement month, the file contains Megas that have closed as of the current date. As of June 2006, data on newly issued Megas will be available daily at approximately 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. For earlier settlement months, the file contains Megas that have closed during the specified month.

The Final Data Statement for each Mega is posted on the Mega's settlement date. For Megas backed by one or more pools which do not close until month end (e.g., Fannie Majors), the information on that Mega's month-end Final Data Statement, including the weighted-average coupon (WAC) and the weighted-average maturity (WAM), may differ from the information included in the file below.
