Fannie Mae Publishes Multifamily Core Product Issuance Statistics

Fannie Mae has begun publishing monthly issuance volumes for MBS DUS backed by 10/9.5s and 7/6.5s.   These MBS DUS are backed by new multifamily loans delivered by our lenders which have an initial term of 10 years with 9.5 years of yield maintenance or 7 years with 6.5 years of yield maintenance.
