Current Loan-to-Value (LTV) Values for CR and CW Pools Updated Due to Technical Issues

Loan to Value (LTV) data elements for CR and CW pools that appeared in the supplemental file published on July 12, 2012, were incorrectly reported in PoolTalk^®. The At Issuance LTV data was not affected.

On July 23, 2012, the data fields were corrected in the PoolTalk user interface. The pool numbers and the corrected LTV values can be downloaded here. The file layout for this corrections file is available here. Please note that the Supplemental File on the "Monthly Reporting Files" page in PoolTalk will not be updated.

The following Loan to Value data elements are affected in the Supplemental file:

• LTV Weighted Average
• LTV Minimum
• LTV Quartile Distributions
• LTV Percent Missing
• LTV Loan Count Missing

The following fields are affected on pages within PoolTalk:

• Security Details page:
  • Current Weighted Average LTV
  • Current Missing LTV
• Ongoing Statistics page: LTV Quartile Distributions
