The reports below provide monthly issuance volumes* for Fannie Mae multifamily DUS MBS backed by 10/9.5s and 7/6.5s. These DUS MBS are backed by new multifamily loans delivered by our lenders which have an initial term of 10 years with 9.5 years of yield maintenance or an initial term of 7 years with 6.5 years of yield maintenance.

A new report will be published during the first business week of each month, which will reflect updated volumes showing the prior month's issuance volume. Volumes for Fannie Mae DUS MBS issued after the end of a month but before the report is posted will be included in the next month's report. For historical files, see the table below.
