Obligations of Existing Suppliers to Fannie Mae

In accordance with Fannie Mae's obligations under the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 (HERA), all suppliers that provide services to Fannie Mae are required to:

• Update their registration profile within 30 days of any ownership change.
• Establish and maintain a diversity point of contact in their registration profile.
  • The selected point of contact will be responsible for gathering and providing diversity information on the team composition of individuals that supports the provision of goods and services to Fannie Mae, as requested by Fannie Mae. Access your company profile.
  • If you are an REO Supplier, any additions/modifications to your diversity point of contact must be sent directly to your Fannie Mae representative.

If your company is not women-owned, minority-owned, or disabled-owned: Fannie Mae requires on a quarterly basis, or as deemed necessary by Fannie Mae, that your company report the composition of teams that you staff to provide goods and services to Fannie Mae in a given timeframe. We ask for the number/percentage of minority, women, and disabled individuals on these teams. Instructions on how to report your team's diversity composition will be emailed to you.
