401(k) Retirement Savings Plans
Fannie Mae offers a robust 401(k) retirement savings plan with a dollar-for-dollar company match of up to six percent of annual compensation, with the company's matching contribution vesting immediately. We also contribute an extra two percent of your annual compensation to the 401(k) plan – whether you contribute to the plan or not – which vests after just three years of service.
